Return Policy

Please look closely at the photo(s) of paintings you are looking to purchase and ensure you have noticed their written size. The sizes are shown as part of each title. We put great effort to thoroughly describe each painting and often mention the color scheme. Please remember that colors vary from monitor to monitor. If you have questions please send them our way before making any purchases. Do not hesitate to reach out and contact us prior to purchasing a fine art original from us.

All sales are final.

Refuse Delivery if the Packaging Shows Signs of Damage

Usually, the first indication that something is wrong with the contents will appear on the outside of the box. Use your judgement and take note of the severity of the damaged box. If the box is beat up or smashed, do not accept delivery. Our artwork is packaged well and can survive reasonable transit damage.

Please refuse delivery on artwork that arrives in beat-up packaging.

PHOTOGRAPH ALL ARTWORK BEFORE UNWRAPPING IT

Before you start with box cutters and strip away the cardboard and plastic wrap, get out your phone and document everything. You will need these as proof of damage to the art before we could consider reparations.

We make every effort to professionally wrap, package, and ship every piece where the chance of any damage occurring in transit is slim to none. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged through transit, it is essential that we are notified within 48 hours. Again, detailed images of the packaging on all angles, the contents before unwrapping the art, and the artwork itself must be taken, paying particular attention to any damage that has been incurred. These will be needed for any consideration of possible refunds.

If you need to reach us, you can do so using our Contact form. Please give us 24-48 hours to respond.
